Defamation Attorney Argues Kyle Rittenhouse May Have Viable Case Against Joe Biden

US

A Wisconsin jury found 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY of all charges this afternoon in Kenosha.

The liberal fake news media convicted Kyle Rittenhouse in the court of (their) public opinion last year. To the fake news and Joe Biden, Rittenhouse was a white supremacist and mass murderer who went to Kenosha with the intent to kill peaceful protesters.

Joe Biden even smeared Kyle Rittenhouse in a campaign ad.
In 2020 Joe Biden released a campaign ad and hitpiece on President Trump where he called Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist.

The dishonest attack ad is still posted on Joe Biden’s Twitter page — without any warning label from Twitter.

On Saturday defamation attorney Todd McMurtry told FOX News that Kyle Rittenhouse could have a case against Joe Biden.

FOX News reported:

Kyle Rittenhouse could potentially have a defamation case against President Biden over a tweet suggesting Rittenhouse was a White supremacist, a lawyer who represented former Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann told Fox News.

Todd McMurtry, who helped Sandmann reach a settlement with CNN over a defamation lawsuit, said Biden could be held accountable for the Sept. 30, 2020 social media post weeks before he was elected.

“There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,” Biden’s tweet said.
